Code Of Conduct

It is mandatory for all the MEDWING EMPLOYEE to comply with The Code in its letter and spirit. In accordance, all employees sign and acknowledge their acceptance and observance of The Code when they come onboard and join the company.

MEDWINGS Healthcare Private Limited has been on accelerated growth path and it has started with a great mission of organizing the unorganized sector so we have also formalized MEDWING’S Code of Conduct to organize ourselves first. The Code sets out fundamental standard to be followed by all the Directors and Employees in their everyday actions in the company and when you act on behalf of the company.
